What's happening to Hill Road Reserve?
The Hills Shire Council has a plan to develop the Hill Road Reserve in West Pennant Hills. This will result in housing being built all along Hill Road and into Colbarra Place. Not only will this use all of what is now open space, a large proportion of the Endangered Forest on the site will be cleared, destroying sensitive and irreplaceable flora and fauna.
The Hill Road Reserve Action Group wants to help inform the community and work to
prevent poorly planned and destructive development of our Reserve.

Here is another flyer that details the progress we are making and the amazing support we have received from the Community.
Action Group formed
The Hill Road Action Group was formed from a community meeting on 29 November 2011 and since then has begun a campaign involving email and letters. We believe that with cooperation the community can ensure that the site is appropriately managed and its essential character can be preserved for generations to come.
We have also begun to attract media attention in our local newspapers.
This site is new and the Action Group will continue to develop it in coming days. Come back soon for more information...
